Refund Policy

1. Digital Downloads

Digital downloads (PDF guides, checklists, templates, toolkits) are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded due to the nature of digital goods.

2. Duplicate Purchases & Delivery Issues

If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, or experience a technical issue preventing delivery, contact usedenginesyard@outlook.com within 7 days of purchase and we will issue a refund or redelivery as appropriate.

3. Custom Reports & Advisory

Custom reports and advisory engagements are non-refundable once work has started. If we are unable to fulfill the engagement, we may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion.

4. Memberships

Memberships may be cancelled at any time. Cancellations stop future renewals. Already-paid periods are non-refundable.

5. Not Refundable

We do not provide refunds for buyer dissatisfaction arising from supplier issues, physical part purchases, shipping, installation, or warranty disputes, because this website does not sell physical parts.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact support before initiating any chargeback. Improper chargebacks may be disputed with the payment processor.
