Payment & Billing Policy

1. Accepted Payments

We accept payments for digital products, digital reports, memberships, and advisory services through trusted payment processors including Stripe, Dodo Payments, or other providers as displayed at checkout.

2. Custom Pricing

Custom advisory and enterprise research engagements may be quoted individually based on project scope.

3. Order Confirmation

Customers receive an electronic order confirmation by email. Digital deliverables are sent to the email used at checkout.

4. Subscription Billing (Membership)

Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly) until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals; already-paid periods are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime by emailing usedenginesyard@outlook.com.

5. Currency & Taxes

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Taxes, where applicable, are added at checkout.

6. Chargeback Misuse

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support is considered chargeback misuse. We reserve the right to dispute improper chargebacks with the payment processor and to suspend access to digital products pending resolution.

7. Contact Support First

Always email usedenginesyard@outlook.com before opening any payment dispute. Most issues are resolved within 1–2 business days.
